Nitrile Class O flat-sheet insulation
This flexible closed-cell nitrile foam sheet is supplied in three thicknesses for insulating suitable ducts, vessels, larger pipes and fabricated HVAC components. Each sheet measures 1m x 500mm and can be cut and formed on site.
Available sheet sizes
- 13mm x 1m x 500mm
- 19mm x 1m x 500mm
- 25mm x 1m x 500mm
Typical applications
- HVAC duct and equipment insulation.
- Fabricated sections around larger pipework and fittings.
- Refrigeration and chilled-water insulation details.
- Thermal and condensation-control projects where the specified nitrile system is suitable.
Ordering and installation
Select the required thickness before adding to basket. Cut sheets accurately, form close-fitting joints and use compatible nitrile adhesive and tape in line with the installation specification. Where fire or thermal performance is critical, confirm the current product documentation and required thickness before specifying.
