Click & Collect Information

Our Click & Collect service is a convenient way for you to pick up the products you've ordered online from our Liverpool based warehouse.

Simply add your desired products to your cart and at the checkout select 'Click & Collect' as your delivery option.

Our team will then get your products ready for collection and you will receive an email when they are ready to collect.

There is no minimum order value on any Click & Collect order.

The BuyInsulation.co.uk Click And Collect Service is available Mon - Fri from 9am until 5pm

How do I collect my Click & Collect products order at the store?

Once you arrive please proceed to the collection area and head into our reception.

What do I need to bring with me when collecting my Click & Collect order at the warehouse?

Please bring your mobile device with your order number and email address.

What will happen if I don't arrive on time for my Click & Collect order?

Your order will be safe and secure until you are able to collect. If you know you are unable to collect for whatever reason if you could let us know that would be much appreciated.

What will happen if I don't collect my order?

If you have not collected your order within 3 days your order will still be safe however it would be moved from our collection stand. You will have to let us know when you will be available for collection so we can get your products ready for you again.

What is the latest time I can place, amend or cancel my Click and Collect order?
