Return Policy

To initiate a return, the item in question must be in the same condition you received it: unused and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns. This ensures that our insulation materials, accessories and other construction-related products meet your satisfaction and quality standards.

Delivery Information

We are pleased to offer complimentary delivery on all pallet orders exceeding £250. This adjustment reflects our current promotion, ensuring our delivery services align with our commitment to value and customer service.

Exclusions and Additional Delivery Charges

CELOTEX boards measuring 2400 x 1200 are not included in the free £250 delivery offer due to their double pallet shipping requirement, which carries a £100 delivery fee.

Additional Returns Information

Customers are responsible for return carriage costs, irrespective of the initial delivery terms. This applies to all orders, including those initially provided with free or paid carriage.

A 15% restocking fee is applicable upon returning. This charge is levied to cover the costs associated with the customisation and restocking of these products.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We are unable to accept returns on products that have been customised or made to order, reflecting the unique specifications of each project. This policy also extends to products that, due to safety and regulatory reasons, cannot be returned; these include materials classified as hazardous or those that are flammable.
