Description

Tuskbond ONE Gold is a fast-drying, high-solids spray contact adhesive supplied in a 500ml aerosol. It is intended for compatible multi-substrate bonding in construction, insulation and fabrication work.

Manufacturer-published typical data

Pack size: 500ml aerosol.
Drying time: approximately 1–2 minutes, depending on conditions.
Open time: up to 60 minutes.
Full cure: 24 hours.
Coverage: 7m²/L, equivalent to approximately 3.5m² per 500ml under the stated test conditions.
Application temperature: 15–25°C.

Application guidance

Surfaces must be compatible, clean, dry and free from grease and dust. Spray one surface vertically and the other horizontally, normally achieving 80–100% coverage. Allow solvent to evaporate until the adhesive feels dry and does not transfer to a gloved hand, then bring the surfaces together and apply uniform pressure.

Important checks

Test substrate compatibility first, especially with plastics, foams, painted finishes or delicate surfaces. Follow the current technical and safety data for ventilation, PPE, flammability, storage and disposal. Contact adhesive bonds immediately and repositioning may not be possible.
