Description

T74 cold-weather aluminium foil tape

T74 is a self-adhesive aluminium foil tape for sealing compatible foil-faced insulation, ductwork and HVAC joints. It is supplied in three widths, each on a 50m roll, for straight seams and more detailed fabrication work.

Sealing joints and laps in compatible foil-faced insulation.
HVAC ductwork and insulation-jacketing details.
Repairs to suitable foil facings.
Installation conditions requiring the specified T74 cold-weather tape.

Installation guidance

Apply to clean, dry and dust-free surfaces, using firm pressure along the full tape width. Avoid wrinkles and excessive stretching. Confirm the minimum application temperature, service-temperature range, fire performance and substrate compatibility against the current T74 data sheet and project specification.
