S-Flex screwed pump flexible connectors
S-Flex screwed pump flexibles are designed to help isolate vibration and noise from suitable pumps in chilled- and heating-water systems. The nylon-reinforced EPDM body uses steel-reinforced collars and BZP-coated carbon-steel unions.
Available sizes
15mm, 20mm, 25mm, 32mm, 40mm and 50mm.
Technical format
- Installed length: 200mm across the listed sizes.
- Body: nylon-reinforced EPDM.
- Temperature range: -10°C to +90°C.
- Working pressure: 6 bar.
- Connections: BZP-coated carbon-steel unions; PN16 union format.
Critical installation checks
- Use only on compatible chilled- or heating-water systems.
- Not suitable for potable water, water with oil additives, compressed air or food applications.
- Do not install on pumps mounted on inertia bases.
- Install without torsion and confirm alignment, pressure, temperature and movement requirements with the system designer.
