Description

These stainless-steel rivets provide a permanent blind fastening for compatible sheet-metal, cladding and fabrication work. Choose the rivet diameter and body length required; both options are supplied in boxes of 1,000.

Available rivet sizes

3.2mm diameter x 8mm: box of 1,000.
4.0mm diameter x 10mm: box of 1,000.

Selection guidance

Rivet length must suit the combined material thickness and required grip range. Confirm body and mandrel grade, head diameter, hole size, joint loading and corrosion compatibility before ordering where the fixing specification is critical.

Installation

Use a rivet tool and nosepiece matched to the rivet diameter. Drill or prepare the correct hole, remove sharp burrs and keep the joint clamped together while setting the rivet. Wear suitable eye protection and contain spent mandrels.
