Description

Clear general-purpose silicone sealant

This clear general-purpose silicone is supplied in a 310ml cartridge for suitable sealing and jointing work on compatible smooth, non-porous surfaces. The cured seal remains flexible when the substrate and joint design are appropriate.

Workshop and repair tasks where clear silicone is specified.
Non-porous surfaces confirmed as compatible by the sealant guidance.

Application guidance

Prepare clean, dry surfaces and test adhesion first. Joint width, depth, movement, primer, tooling and curing conditions affect performance. Confirm compatibility before use on plastics, natural stone, mirrors, metals, bituminous materials or continuously immersed joints, and do not present a general-purpose silicone as a fire-rated, structural or sanitary-grade sealant unless matching documentation specifically confirms it.
