Description

The flanged axial bellow is an expansion compensator for accepting specified linear movement in a fully guided copper or stainless-steel pipe system. The live range covers 50mm to 200mm sizes.

Available sizes

Choose 50, 65, 80, 100, 125, 150 or 200mm from the product selector.

Manufacturer specification

Working pressure: 16 bar for the standard product, subject to PED and application requirements.
Temperature: 120°C for the standard product.
Flanges: carbon-steel PN16 with stainless-steel facings.
Convolutions and internal sleeve: 316 stainless steel.
Flow liner: fitted as standard.

Critical design requirements

Axial bellows require correctly designed anchors and full primary/secondary guiding.
Confirm movement, spring rate, pressure thrust, anchor loads, installed length, flow direction and PED category.
Prevent torsion, lateral misalignment and installation damage.
Do not substitute a bellows unit for an unsupported flexible connection.
