We offer three delivery categories: Parcel, Pallet, and Double Pallet to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently.

Parcel Deliveries

• Standard delivery cost: £9.99 + VAT
• Delivery time: 2 – 4 working days (if in stock)
• Free delivery on parcel orders over £250
• If your order exceeds parcel size limits, it will be upgraded to a pallet shipment, with updated pricing at checkout

Pallet Deliveries

• Standard delivery cost: £30 + VAT
• Delivery time: 2 – 4 working days (if in stock)
• Free delivery on pallet orders over £250
• Some products have special delivery rates and are excluded from the free delivery offer

Double Pallet Deliveries

• Applies to large or bulky items requiring a double pallet
• Celotex Boards (2400 x 1200mm): £75 delivery fee
• ODE Starflex Rolls: Delivery ranges from £19.99 - £59.99, depending on quantity

• We deliver to Scotland & Northern Ireland, but you must contact us for pricing

Order Processing & Tracking

• Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (excluding bank holidays)
• Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends will be processed on the next working day
• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details where available
